Dietary Preferences are mandatory. The user must make a selection, even if it is No Dietary Restrictions. If they try to exit the screen, an alert tells them they must select at least one preference. The selection is written to the users account preferences data. If the user initially selects No Dietary Restrictions, then comes back later to make changes, the No Dietary Restrictions flag is turned off and new preferences set.
